  Navigating our site

Our philosophy of shopping is simple: We believe that a customer who is shopping for supply items online wants the ability select and purchase their products in the quickest manner possible. Ordering supply items is taking out of your busy day; Gunn & Richards makes it fast and simple.

Just use the tabs at the top of every page to go to the product category you desire. Each tab uses a drop down menu to display the corresponding products in that category. In addition, an item # or keyword search box is located in the top right corner of each page.


  Purchasing Product

Ordering products online from Gunn & Richards takes just a few short steps. After you select an item, simply add items to your cart, and you will then be guided through checkout and order confirmation. Your confirmation page will allow you print a copy of your order for your records. If your order has been placed prior to 4:00 pm CST it will be shipped that day. There are no freight charges for online orders for pharmacy or hospital customers. A $9.50 shipping and handling charge will be added to orders for non-pharmacy customers.


  After your order has been placed

A confirmation email will be sent to you within one hour of receiving your order. Your shipment tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.
